Project Aero Pre-Alpha Direction

A quick look at the current direction for Project Aero, including wingsuit movement, terrain, and pre-alpha systems.

Project Aero is currently in a pre-alpha systems phase.

The main focus right now is building a strong foundation before worrying too much about polish. The current prototype is centered around wingsuit movement, procedural terrain experiments, and systems that create pressure during gameplay.

A few systems currently being explored:

  • Momentum-based wingsuit movement
  • Terrain that feels natural but still works as a gameplay space (Very very early systems nothing to show yet.)
  • Reputation and failure-state pressure
  • Stress systems and decision events
  • Cleaner C++ architecture for long-term development
